RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide items, product specific flash sales, or items purchased using sales codes. Thus, all items purchased on this site are non-refundable. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of our company (Just Be Fearless Apparel, LLC).
If the product you received is deemed defective, or if we shipped the wrong color, size, item, other than what your order specifies, your order may be eligible for an exchange based on inspection. PLEASE SEE DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT POLICY FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
I RECEIVED A DEFFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you receive the correct item(s) as quickly as possible! To receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and the company must be notified within 3 days /72 hours upon the item(s) arrival via email to notify us of the error. Please send us an email at: justbefearlessapparel@gmail.com Please include your order number, first name/last name, email address used to order, phone number, and a complete description (color, size, design-style, ) of original product ordered and attach a picture of actual product received showing the error. ALL ERRORS MUST BE CLEAR AND VISIBLE IN THE EMAILED PICTURES YOU PROVIDE.
Example: pictures needs to show the defect, wrong size, color or wrong item. ALL WRONG ORDERS SENT WILL BE CORRECTED.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
We will do a final inspection of the received items to determine if an exchange will be granted. We will send a follow up email for approval or denial of your request. If denied, an explanation will be given in the email.
We will provide you with a MYSTERY coupon code as a courtesy for your next purchase via text message if your return is approved as an error on our company’s behalf.

I FORGOT TO USE MY COUPON CODE:
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you or us to make any changes once your order is submitted. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting your order, including your first and last name, discount codes, address, phone number, and email address.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This applies to free shipping codes, discount codes, and all other promo codes. Helpful Hint: Our recommendation is use the code that offers the most savings for your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED:
Unfortunately, due to worldwide complications regarding COVID-19 and social distancing practices which is out of our control, your order may take 7-15 business days to process and ship. Orders packed and shipped normally MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. Orders placed during the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. Orders placed during Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays are processed the following week after the holiday.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for packages being lost or stolen. USPS is responsible for the delivery of your packages. We recommend you call your local post office with delivery related questions. This includes packages that says “in-transit” or “delivered” after 7 days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES:
Just Be Fearless Apparel, LLC will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, changes, lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes. Please notify us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to work with USPS but our company can not make any guarantees this will be resolved.
MY ORDER IS STILL IN PRE-SHIPMENT:
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order into their system. This does not mean that your order is lost, it is not uncommon for orders to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
DELIVERY FAILED:
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies, you will be refunded.
SIZING:
All Just Be Fearless Apparel products are UNISEX. This includes hats, hoodies, shirts, pant, and jackets. We are not responsible for incorrect size orders, therefore, it is your responsibility to know your UNISEX size.
WHERE WILL MY REFUND GO:
If granted a refund based on company policy, all refunds will be sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method, you will be responsible for contacting your financial institution.
