SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED:  

Unfortunately, due to worldwide complications regarding COVID-19 and social distancing practices which is out of our control, your order may take 7-15 business days to process and ship. ORDERS ARE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED NORMALLY MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. Orders placed during on the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. Orders placed during Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays are processed the following week after the holiday.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for packages being lost or stolen. USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. We recommend you call your local post office. This includes packages that says “in-transit” or “delivered”.

Shipping Address Issues:

Just Be Fearless Apparel, LLC will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, changes, lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes. Please notify us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to work with USPS but there are no guarantees.  

MY ORDER IS STILL IN PRE-SHIPMENT:

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order into their system. This does not mean that your order is lost, it is not uncommon for orders to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
